Self-concept is the quiet answer you give when life asks who you are. It is not your resume and it is not your reflection. It is the identity your nervous system defends, the version of you your choices keep proving right.
Every outer result you have ever produced was downstream of that inner answer. Change the answer and the results reorganize themselves around it — not by force, but because a woman cannot live for long in contradiction to who she believes she is.
So we begin here, gently and honestly. Not with what you want. With who you have been being.
Before you write
Read your answers aloud once before you close this module. Hearing your own self-concept in your own voice is where the work starts to move.
Do not edit. Let the honest ones and the unflattering ones both land on the page.
