Beneath the self-concept is a story, and beneath the story are beliefs you never consciously agreed to. Most were installed before you were seven — absorbed from a mother's worry, a father's silence, a room you walked into and read like weather.
The subconscious does not argue. It simply runs. And it will faithfully recreate the conditions of the belief until the belief is brought into the light and questioned by the adult woman who now holds the pen.
This module is an excavation. Go slowly. What you find is not evidence against you — it is the oldest, most loyal part of you still trying to keep you safe.
