Module 3

Naming Your Values

The compass beneath every decision

A value is not an aspiration. It is the thing you cannot betray without feeling a little sick. When women say they feel lost, they are almost never lost — they are living out of alignment with something they never named.

Naming your values turns a vague ache into a usable instrument. Once you can say what matters, you can tell in ten seconds whether an opportunity, a relationship, or an invitation belongs in your life.
